Our Guarantee
Our warranty states that plants are true to variety and in good condition
at the time of pickup or delivery. Acceptance of the material implies
that the buyer agrees that the stock is healthy. We offer no additional
guarantee and accept no responsibility for plant damage resulting from
poor care received after leaving the nursery.
Any discrepancy in count, as well as any damage, must be noted on the
delivery slip at the time of delivery. Once material has been planted, it
cannot be returned. No claims will be considered for past due accounts and
any liability is limited to the original price of the stock. The seller
accepts no responsibility as to the suitability or placement of stock in the
landscape.
